Fiat 500: Ridiculously Good Looking, Ridiculously Dependable
March 29, 2016
Known for its perfect combination of Italian craftsmanship and style in small cars, FIAT is proving that it has more than just style to offer. For the first time, the Fiat 500 has ranked highest in vehicle dependability among City Cars in the J.D. Power U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS).
That’s an honor even someone as critical as Zoolander himself would approve of.
“This is the first time the Fiat 500 has ranked highest in the City Car segment in this quality study,” said Matt Liddane, Vice President – Quality, FCA – North America. “The 500 has always been known for its Italian styling, functionality, efficient design and innovative technology – we’re proud to have this dependability honor in the mix as well.”
VDS is based on responses from 33,560 original owners of the 2013 model-year vehicle after three years of ownership. The study was fielded from October through December 2015.
Fiat has added a multitude of bold and innovative features to its line-up for 2016, and you check them out here.
